What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email, phone number and message when you inquire, and your email address when you subscribe to new viewing rooms. When you pay online, card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Why

To answer your inquiry, to handle a reservation or sale, and, if you asked for it, to send you news about new viewing rooms. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Who processes it

Messages from the forms on this website are delivered to our mailbox by our form service (FormSubmit), our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and our payment provider handles payments. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long

Inquiries are kept for up to two years, sales records as long as the law requires, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us at the gallery's email address. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
