Terms of sale

These terms apply to every artwork bought from Terra Aurora Gallery, online or at the gallery.

Seller

Terra Aurora Gallery, Burg 4, 8000 Brugge, Belgium, is a trade name of Cuenta Suscel Invest VOF, registered office Sint-Annakerkstraat 2/3, 8000 Brugge, Belgium. Company number (KBO) 1023.160.255, VAT BE 1023.160.255.

Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and insurance are quoted separately before you pay. A price shown on the website is valid until the work is marked reserved or sold.

Reserving and buying

When you reserve a work, we hold it for you for 7 days while we confirm details, shipping and payment. The sale is final once payment has been received in full. Ownership passes to you on full payment.

Payment

By card through our secure payment page, or by bank transfer against an invoice.

Delivery and collection

Works can be collected at the gallery in Bruges or shipped, professionally packed and insured. We agree the delivery date with you.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy online as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the work without giving a reason. Tell us in writing and return the work, undamaged and in its original packing, within 14 days after that. We refund the price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the work back. Return shipping is at your cost. This right does not apply to works bought in person at the gallery.

Certificate

Every work comes with a certificate of authenticity from the gallery, with title, year, medium and dimensions.
